According to Dr Joël Dehasse, a veterinary behaviourist, dogs and cats need an average of 3 to 5 hours of activity each day. Generally, this need isn’t met in 80% of family pets living in the city. And although I’m sure we do much better here in Austin, we still need to keep our furry family members stimulated!
